This workshop will discuss the impact of shrinking schools, drop off culture, and the ever present “soccer tournament” on our ability to effectively educate our students. We'll present an effective new model that has helped increase investment and participation in a very small supplementary school. Then we will hold a discussion with suggestions for how to make a big impact with small numbers.
